Currently leading AI-driven initiatives across EMEA, I'm at the forefront of redefining what's possible with intelligent workflows and next-gen user experiences. For over twenty-two years, I've pursued freelance work as a way to stay curious, hands-on, and ahead of the curve. Custom websites built one detail at a time — the art of traditional web development, where we listen, understand, and shape something genuinely personal. The place where my style began.

06 — Discovery Manifesto

Beyond Agile.

The Discovery Manifesto was created to address a reality we kept encountering while delivering AI systems: traditional sprint-based delivery assumes software can be fully specified in advance, while AI solutions must be discovered through experimentation, evaluation, and continuous learning.

After leading large-scale AI transformations, we observed that the unit of progress in AI is not a feature or user story, but an experiment. Quality emerges through measurement, behavior is validated in operation, and success is proven through outcomes rather than documentation.

The manifesto introduces five pillars for AI-era delivery: speed over delay, outcomes over specifications, thresholds over gates, integrity over assembly, and operating at two speeds for deterministic and AI work. Its purpose is not to replace Agile, but to extend it for systems whose behavior cannot be fully defined before they are built.

It was created to help architects, engineers, product leaders, and executives deliver AI faster, govern it more effectively, and focus on measurable value instead of process compliance.
